Data controller
LUX IMMOBILIER, real estate agency in Hay Riad, Rabat (Morocco). Personal data is processed in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP.
Data collected
When you contact us: name, phone, optional email, message, search criteria and contact preference. When you create an account: name, email, optional phone and password (stored only in hashed form). Your IP address is never stored in clear text — only an irreversible fingerprint used to fight spam.
Purposes
Answering your requests, organising viewings, proposing matching properties, managing your account and favourites, securing the site. Your data is never sold.
Retention
Requests are kept as long as needed to handle them, then for at most 3 years after the last contact.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, object and erase. From “My account” you can download your data and delete your account at any time.
Cookies
Only one strictly necessary cookie is used, for signing in (secure session cookie). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Maps use OpenStreetMap tiles.
